This unbelievably easy Sweet Potato Casserole from Bruce's is a #YAMGOOD follow-up to any meal.
Ingredients:
1 (15 oz.) can Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes in Syrup; drained
2 tbs. melted butter
1/3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
16 large marshmallows
Steps to Prepare:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Place Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes in a small (6”x6”) oven proof dish.
- Stir pumpkin spice into melted butter and drizzle over sweet potatoes.
- Arrange marshmallows on top of sweet potatoes to cover.
- Bake for 20 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.

Ingredients:
1 (16 oz.) box pasta (any chunky shape)
2 tsp. olive oil
1 (15 oz.) can Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes; drained and pureed
2 tbs. melted butter
3/4 cup (low fat) evaporated milk
1/2 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
4 oz. soft brie cheese
2 oz. (1/3 less fat) Neufchatel cream cheese
salt free seasoning for sprinkling
Steps to Prepare:
- Cook pasta according to box directions in a large pasta pot.
- Drain and stir in olive oil to keep from clumping; set aside.
- Transfer Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes, melted butter and evaporated milk to a
medium saucepan. Bring to a slight simmer then add all three cheeses.
- Cook, stirring frequently, over medium-low heat until cheese has melted.
- Pour over the pasta and mix well to incorporate.
- Before serving, sprinkle with salt-free seasoning.

Bruce's Sweet Potato Bourbon Cheesecake is a #YAMGOOD ending to any meal.

Ingredients:
Crust Ingredients
3/4 cup gingersnap cookie crumbs
1 1/2 tbs. butter or margarine, melted
2 tbs. sugar
Filling Ingredients
1 (15 oz.) can Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes, drained
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 dairy sour cream
3 tbs. flour, all purpose
2 tbs. bourbon whiskey
1 tbs. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
4 large eggs, with yolks and whites separated
Steps to Prepare:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix together the crust ingredients in a bowl.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom and up a half-inch side of a 9″ spring-form
pan.
- Bake the crust for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool.
- Place the Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes, cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, flour,
bourbon, vanilla, salt and egg yolks in a large bowl. Beat until smooth.
- Put the egg whites in a separate bowl, and beat until stiff. Fold into the sweet potato
mixture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared crust.
- Bake on the center rack for 75-85 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate until cold before serving.

Yet another #RealSouthernStyle recipe idea featuring America's Favorite Sweet Potato. 🍠

Ingredients:
1 (15 oz.) can Bruce’s Yam Cut Sweet Potatoes in Syrup; excess liquid pressed out and any potato fibers removed
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
2 tbs. low sugar apricot jam
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. sea salt
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
1 tsp. coconut oil
Steps to Prepare:
- Place Bruce’s Yam Cut Sweet Potatoes in a power blender or food processor, and
process until smooth.
- Add peanut butter, apricot jam, vanilla extract and salt; mix until just combined.
- Transfer to a bowl, cover with tin foil and freeze for 90 minutes (until firm, but still
pliable).
- Using a small (1 teaspoon) ice cream scoop, form 14 balls, dipping scoop in water
between each truffle ball.
- Place coconut oil and white chips in the microwave and heat 30 seconds. Stir and
heat an additional 40 seconds.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon and a fork, dip sweet
potatoes balls in the chocolate (working quickly as the cold balls with harden the
chocolate immediately) and transfer to the parchment lined sheet. Store truffles in the
refrigerator.
Note: Almond butter can be used in place of peanut butter, but not cashew butter as it is too soft.

Ingredients:
Loaf of Bread
Nutella
Creamy Peanut Butter
12oz Bruce's Sweet Potato
4 eggs
1/2 tbs cinnamon
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Steps to Prepare:
- Using a rolling pin, flatten a single piece of bread. After flattening the bread cut the crust off.
- Spread Nutella and Peanut Butter on one side of the piece of bread. Break apart
pieces of Bruce's sweet potatoes and place on the Nutella and Peanut Butter. Roll the
piece of bread.
- In a bowl, mix together eggs, cinnamon, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Have a pan heated with nonstick spray on the stove.
- Dip the rolled up French toast stick into the bowl. Directly place the French toast stick
onto a hot pan and cook.
- Cook until brown on both sides.

Ingredients:
1 cup Bruce’s Yams Cut sweet Potatoes, drained
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
2 tbs. lemon juice
1/4 cup Tahini (sesame paste)
5 garlic cloves, roasted or raw
1 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
water
Steps to Prepare:
- Transfer Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes into a food processor. Add garbanzo beans,
lemon juice, Tahini, garlic, olive oil, cumin, salt and about 2 tbs. of water to start with.
- Pulse the mixture until smooth, scraping down the sides of bowl and adding water to
thin mixture if it seems too thick.
- Adjust seasoning and serve with a drizzle of olive oil. Add a sprinkle of paprika if desired.

Ingredients:
1 (40 oz.) can Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes
2 slices thick bacon; cut in thirds
2-3 jalapeno peppers; sliced into rings and seeds shaken out
1/2 white onion, diced
1 rib celery, sliced very thin
1 large carrot, peeled and grated
1 clove garlic; minced
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. dried parsley
4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup cream
1 tsp. fresh lemon zest
Steps to Prepare:
- Drain yams and transfer to a bowl to mash; set aside.
- In a large saucepan, fry bacon to render fat then remove meat (discard). Add jalapenos
and fry for 2 minutes (remove a few for garnish).
- Next add the onion, carrots, celery, garlic and Cajun seasoning; saute for 10 minutes over
low heat. Stir in lemon juice, parsley and chicken broth. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to
a simmer; cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove soup from heat and (in 2 batches) transfer to a blender and puree until smooth. - - Return blended soup to the saucepan and continue to cook for an additional 10-15
minutes. Turn off heat and stir in cream and lemon zest.
- To serve, divide soup between 4 warmed bowls and garnish with reserved jalapeno slices.

Ingredients:
1 (40 oz.) can Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes; drained
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
2 tbs. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 cups mini marshmallows
Heat oven to 325°F.
Lightly grease a 2-1/2 quart baking dish; set aside.
In a bowl, mix together the Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes (drained), apple pie filling, brown sugar and spices.
Transfer to the prepared dish and cover the top with mini marshmallows.
Bake for 40 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
*This recipe can be doubled using a 5 quart baking dish.
