Sweet Potato Ice Cream Sauce
We all scream for ice cream! Jazz up that vanilla ice cream with a warm Sweet Potato Ice Cream Sauce, ready in just five minutes.
Nutrition Info Per Serving
- 1 (15 oz.) can Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes in Syrup; drained (reserving 1/4 cup)
- 1-1/2 cups caramel ice cream topping
- 2 tbs. thick cream
- pinch sea salt
Steps to Prepare
- Place Bruce’s Yams Cut Sweet Potatoes and reserved syrup in a power blender and mix until smooth.
- Heat ice cream topping until just warmed then add to sweet potatoes. Combine until well mixed then add the cream and salt.
Note: Store extra sauce in the refrigerator then bring to room temperature before using.
