Spinach Salad with Sweet Potatoes and Pomegranate

- 1 (10 oz) bag baby spinach
- 1 (15 oz) can Bruce’s Yam Cut Sweet Potatoes in Syrup; drained
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup candied walnuts or pecans
- 1/4 cup white balsamic salad dressing (or light dressing of your choice)

- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well.
- Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
